Remission by definition does not mean cure -- it's well accepted that when you're in remission, you're on the edge of the cliff and could fall off at any time. Is someone is in remission from such a painful chronic condition, it seems reasonable that they'll be willing to undergo another course of treatment when symptoms start coming back. And, I would think that if the return of symptoms is treated quickly, it might take a shorter course of treatment to put the person back in remission.
I think that one of the people in the first cohort DID go into remission.
