Below the corrected flagging notification in its entirety. On 30 November 2016, Technopolis Plc received a flagging notification pursuant to Chapter 9 Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act. According to the flagging notification, the total ownership in Technopolis Plc held by BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A. decreased on November 25, 2016 to 7,754,096 shares thus totaling 4.88 per cent of all shares in Technopolis Plc. Technopolis Plc has one share series, each share entitling to one vote. The total amount of shares is 158,793,662.
