Sunyn I understand your feeling on this. The way I see this is lets use a 2/1 R/S you have 200K shares and the price is 1 Dollar. The company does a R/S now you have 100K shares and the price is 2 Dollars. You are not losing anything and according to the filings they will only do this to get onto the NASDAQ. I for one would much rather be on the NASDAQ than the OTC now investors who could not buy before now can. I also believe that QTMM will be raking in revenue next year and the stock market rewards revenue. Why not get the most bang for your buck. Also Jamis made the A/S more attractive so that's my take. gl
