Please clarify where you got that "QUOTE" That is not from me. You obviously do not understand the "Reverse Split Basics". When a company performs that maneuver, the result is certainly a higher dollar per share value but You have the same dollar amount in your pocket based upon less shares
It does not matter weather a 2 for 1 split occurs or a 2 for 1 reverse split occurs, the only time your valuation changes on paper (In your Pocket) is if folks change their standing
Think of all the "Employees" that came on board making a "Strong Scientific Contribution....They are getting "Screwed as well" with the proposed Reverse Split.
You need to take Business 101..."Preferred Shares " always have presidence in standing over Common stock. Preferred shares get paid before common and have the "Voting Rights" that change the course of your "BUSINESS DIRECTION"
One is entitled to their opinion...But Not MAKING UP THEIR OWN FACTS
