Krauthammer: Liberals' Excuses for Hillary's Loss

On "Special Report" tonight, Charles Krauthammer reacted to the heated clash between President-elect Donald Trump's senior advisor Kellyanne Conway and former Hillary Clinton communications director Jennifer Palmieri.
At the Harvard University post-election forum on Thursday, Palmieri claimed that the Trump campaign gave a platform to white supremacists and white nationalists.
Conway disagreed and argued that Clinton lost the election because she failed to connect with working-class voters and did not have a compelling economic message.
Krauthammer said this incident was another example that the Clinton team is still refusing to acknowledge why she lost.
He said that every time liberals lose, they accuse the other side of "all kinds of 'isms.'"
"To attribute the loss to racism or an appeal to white supremacy I think is ridiculous," Krauthammer said. "There were layers and layers of mistakes that she made. And in the end, the reason she lost is, she had nothing to say."
He pointed to an internal Clinton campaign email that was leaked by WikiLeaks that showed staffers were confused about the campaign's message.
"She would like to blame it on the 'basket of deplorables,'" Krauthammer said. "I don't think that's going to hold up."
