My goodness; they did it again! Will they ever lea

My goodness; they did it again! Will they ever learn?  How do they know they will achieve 400 BPD? That better be minimum for the sake of future credibility and shareholders.  Was this the big EOY news? IMO it's just more of the same.  Yawn!
