I tried to email Gerald/Fred - didn't get much but at least Fred responded (email below). At least something is still in the works (hoping).
The only thing we can say is that we are working very hard to secure financing to move our assets in the right direction. The shareholders will be updated when there is a firm commitment. Thanks for your continued support

Good Day,
I have been a long time loyal shareholder with the majority of shares purchased pre-split. I still am very supportive of the work you are doing and commend you working so hard to resolve the current situation. I hold approximately XXX,XXX shares and have no immediate plans to sell (I know small in comparison but have started purchasing ~$13/share pre-split). I truly believe in ESS.
However, I wanted to know if you would be able to answer a few questions. Regarding the new financing, do we have assurances that this mess will not repeat itself? How long before phase 2 training lapses again - and re-training is required again? Per the NR dated June 7th, the latest re-training was completed late April. It's now 7 months and still no sigh that we are close to commencing trials.
Are there plans to provide the shareholder community with an update regarding the path moving forward (capital restructuring, financing, trial start-date, JV status)?
