Stocks to watch Monday: Clearwire, Akamai WASHIN

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) — Among the companies expected to see active trade in the U.S. stock market Monday are Clearwire Corp., Akamai Technologies Inc. and Diamond Foods Inc.
Shares of Clearwire (NASDAQ:CLWR) shed more than 8% in the premarket, as the company’s board agreed to a buyout price of $2.97 each. They had finished Friday’s session at $3.37. Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE:S) and Bellevue, Wash.-based Clearwire pegged the enterprise value of the deal at about $10 billion.
