You need to differentiate between textbook and reality

what you described is true of a large % of pennies

No shareholder meetings,
many pennies dont have shareholder meetings-very few such meetings by either pennies or bluechips are not controlled by the companies-such meetings are not held until mgmt believes they have a solid control over the outcome-only ones which dont involve hostile takeovers

keeping patents in his own name-
been over this countless times-its normal for inventors to keep patents in own name-by coercion and duress employees are often required to sign forms that work for the co resulting in patents belongs to the co
btw the inventors ownership acts like a guard against a hostile takeover (like poison pills) which likely would hurt stockholders

website points out NNLX has exclusive license to flat pack tech and similar group apparently involved in
n assay-so reason or proof yet shown that would indicate that NNLX does not have exclusive license to n assay also== this forces big co's to play fairly and not via hostile takeover in negotiations w NNLX

No BOD elections
-see comments on shareholder meetings-and dont think anything of substance will openly be discussed in any meeting where mgmt senses rebellion- mgmt will immediately go into executive session in which non-board members will be excluded-so b/d elections are usually mere formalities also

, no financials, this isnt correct - its late financials which are very common to pennies, including sec reporting co's-I/m in an SEC co or 2 right now where no 10q or 10k since 2014 also-and as i explained at great length the financials are greatly outweighed by the n assay news etc

thanks for disliking almost every one of my posts-confirmation i havent gone over to the dark side

all the above are designed to distract from the n-assay progress

wake up man-the n assay is ground breaking
confirmation-
1)the peer review article was rated the #1 article out of over 100 articles'''i'll let the science guys expound on that
2) Dr Faros presentation was rated the best presentation at the conference and he won an award for such

pestilences and plagues -once arrogantly thought solved when antibiotics were new-are coming back w a vengeance-new plagues and pestilences including many thought gone forever

antibiotic resistance itself is becoming a 'plague' reported widely by the oligarchic secular press-despite the lack of immediate graphic mages so common to car train airplane wrecks and gas explosions etc -since their sick journalistic philosophy is, 'if it bleeds it leads"
but public tv cameras arent allowed in icu's or the secondary icu's where most deaths occur

by the time a non-accident is reported its of substantial magnitude

press has also reported cattle etc are infused w up to 17 kinds of antibiotics plus growth hormones (is this why the younger gen is taller despite the depleted food?) which are wreaking havoc in our bodies and creating antibiotic resistance

so the sick come in droves- americans are the sickest people on the planet because the profiteers have destroyed /depleted our food-(e.g.,it takes 45 bowls of spinach to equal the nutrition of 1 bowl in 1945) and immediate antibiotics cannot be administered without many days of waiting for sensitivity tests unless dr wants to risk lawsuit and if patient meanwhile dies dr faces lawsuit anyway in our entitled lawsuit society

so now the importance of the n- assay has been made known to a wider audience of peers the lawsuit angle alone should lead to its adoption
this is epic man- wakeup before its too late- dont let revenge control your entire life-it will only destroy you
