Gerald needs to grow a pair and stop acting like a scared teenager who wrecked the car and is embarrassed to admit the mistakes. I do realize he and his family are also on the losing side of this meltdown with their Amarantus holdings, but they at least know the real reasons why. His maturity level as a CEO is that of a 13 year old. It's almost tantamount to stealing from us shareholders by not proving us some status quo updates. I highly doubt the SEC is going to fine or jail him for keeping us in the loop, after reviewing his performance over the last 24 months.
We are not a business model he turned in for his Stanford senior thesis. These are real dollars and real people's lives his childish silence is hurting.
This is the same young 32 year old who said with a casual, cocky attitude of "he'd be buying all day at .08".
If he is under a signed NDA it is not in any violation to inform us shareholders of such. And trying to find and interpret (possible clues) from recent 12 month filings is right up there with "Paul is dead" clues from reading the filings backwards....number 9, number 9
