Part 9 who is Robert Smith?
Robert has a long history with both the Native American Tribes and the State of Oklahoma.
He has served on the Governors Water Council to develop a Water Plan for the State and worked with the Tribes to gain water rights, building a casino and a development of 160 acre shopping mall project on Tribal land.
The Poafpybitty family contacted Robert to assist them with obtaining the proper approvals from the BIA to bring the water to market.
This natural artisan spring is a very narrow channel that originates from the Rocky Mountains, travels through a fault called (Reagan's fault) and exits on the family property.
His team assisted them to obtain the water rights back from the BIA and put the control back to the family.
In 2013 he met with Jerry to discuss the water and what grew out of this conversation was the new name "Rocky Mountain High Brands" due to the fact that is where the water originated from.
