You have to laugh at the idiots on the other site. The company don't trade and they are around the clock bashing, here is one of the better bits of lies and propoganda.
Except for the SEC and the Toxic Death Spiral Lenders, of course. With the SEC's revocation of the registration, some of the toxic death spiral loans automatically became due immediately (Hey FOOLS they been due for sometime and they are tied also up in court). And HJOE has no money to pay them, ( It's not HJOE don't have money they do, but HJOE was tired of the scamming and shorting. These companies had already made back their money and more but what they attempted was criminal usury.) Which means they can seize the Company's assets at any time. Good Luck its an unsecured creditor. What idiots.
Just in case these fools didn't know this is unsecured creditors who are stock predators. Let them just try lol, i bet Hangover Joe's is more than ready for this, but they won't even try they have no chance as unsecured creditors. If this was the case why didn't any of them try when HJOE was trading, they could of tried to move on the company at any time.
