HOWEVER - IR/MUSE is the instigator in every case that I have discussed with others. people ask legitimate questions or follow up for clarification and they provide snide, dismissive remarks and escalate the tension until the shareholder gets pissed with the obvious run around and gives it right back. at that point - IR/MUSE tells them to sell their shares and move on.
Kramden just provided another example of a long term shareholder that this happened to.
as far as getting rich quick - i do not know of any of the long term shareholders that thought they were going to do so overnight or saw this as anything but a long term venture. but as far as getting impatient - OS is increasing and quickly going to bump up against AS, PPS will more than likely hit the bottom in the next week or two with all of the conversions/dilution, and there are MAJOR misses with commitments from IR/company - specifically with the lack of PR/NWE. while many on here are looking for that as a trading opp or chance to get out - many others (like me) are looking for it as validation and something concrete.
finally - if the company/IR wants to get away from the "whiny" OTC traders with short term focus - why is that the ONLY investor they court with respect to constant trading tips, corrosive comments about being bad traders, talking about imminent NWE and transformative news, and putting out short term PPS targets that arent remotely realizable? they are creating the expectation for the short term and then crying foul (as well as those on here) because people want answers. in the meantime, those of us that want to remove volatility and get long term guidance are accused of being whiny and needy.
finally - if the company wants to offer me a fair buyback, i will evaluate the short/long term risk/reward and if i execute - i will leave and have no further comments. until then, IR/Muse can pound sand. when they apologize to me and other long term shareholders for their comments (specifically the ones they made publicly about me where they completely and knowingly lied), then I will "apologize" to Bill for my impatience and "greed."
