"What have we seen with our eyes that came to fruition? Dilution? A bogus buyback? I am asking legitimate questions!! Then wisea$$ comments from IR!!!!!!!! (That's professional)
Did you ever think of this.....That you guys seem to get just as offended when YOU don't like HEARING what you want to HEAR? Maybe we are asking legitimate questions that you don't have the ANSWER to! Just saying."
beside the constant unprofessional behavior and poor communication in general that makes new investors question the entire group/company - this remains the larger issue. so far - NOTHING has happened that is concrete since they have been aboard. one can argue that "potential" has dramatically increased but what OTC stock with any active audience DOESNT have potential? original biz plan was to have several MM$$ in year one and so far we have $109K on the books but not actually been paid. we got guidance of possibly another $250K in 4Q16 and have some comments that they are trying to drive additional revenues from EIAs into this quarter/year as well.
what was IR basing the $0.01 YE target on as early as two weeks ago? they reiterated it several times since the CC. now it is $0.05 but there is no time frame (unless one wants to consider 24-36 months as tied into the rest of the timeline). again, i do not think they should be putting price targets without specific measures and specific timelines to get there. it builds false expectations and once again leads to increased volatility and a haven for traders. however, based on their barrage of comments via twitter last several weeks - apparently that is what they are looking for.
as a follow up to ragz who previously asked what i wanted to see from muse/company.
short list:
>bill to take over general Investor Relation function (in terms of communication with shareholders via twitter/email on relevant contracts, timelines, significant events, etc). i do not want new investors into the company seeing current group as the "face" of the company due to the aggressive nature towards investors.
>along those lines - i want them (until or if those changes made which i do not expect) to start treating shareholders with the proper respect. they do not know who may be investing a couple hundred dollars or tens of thousands. it is just stupid business sense all the way around to alienate potential customers/investors before DD is accomplished. if they can not deal with investors pushing for clarification - see above.
>i do not want future PPS targets (price or dates) provided unless it is in conjunction with uplisting. even then - it should be in context of minimum requirements needed (PPS levels, market cap, etc) and not $0.01 by EOY. if they are going to keep driving the $0.05 target, be more specific with milestones along the way and how they will be met. everything remains vague and blue skies.
>2017 revenue guidance directly from Bill/company. IR lost credibility with respect to guidance, timelines, etc. still no PR/NWE, public still doesnt know about a $135MM SLA, arbitrarily dismissed a rather specific and reiterated $0.01 PPS target with no explanation on WHY they missed it, etc. etc. would like to see this guidance broken down by the following and an "updated" range for each:
SLA revenues
EIA revenues
Licensing revenues
>CC run by Bill for investors. several others (tradingjeff) have also asked about this. some of these questions could be specifically addressed and discussed in an objective format at that time. i think this would probably be the most constructive item in the list.
>this could be covered in CC but a "discussion" by Bill on the different business units in/working with $TPAC (IR, FR, TPAC Australia, etc). a lot of arms and legs and the company has no cash to pay any of them. if all done with stock - what are the general terms/vested periods. OS has almost or more than doubled since IR/reconstruction and revenues have been ZERO ($109K was pre IR). a couple of EIAs closed and $135MM SLA actually starting revenue phase would certainly stem a lot of doubt from the long term investors.
as far as "sell my shares" or "trade well elsewhere" - besides being unprofessional and turning away potential large investors - it is ridiculously repetitive. i have been chided for saying the same thing over and over yet there is no holding IR accountable for doing the same, posters on here reposting old tweets, or the rampant cheerleading about all the info muse is providing.
finally - to address discussion/questions about IR specifically driving the price down to be able to buyback more shares once MRVB goes live - they (and company) would be dangerously flirting with fiduciary responsibility and neglect.
for those that find my posts too long or repetitive - dont read them. for those that have PMd personally - thank you for the comments and constructive feedback. I will try to get back to each of you in the next couple of days. been without a laptop for the last week. mobile site keeps auto refreshing and i can not find a way to keep it from doing so. not sure if it is on their end or my device but it started several weeks ago and one cant type more than a couple of lines before it refreshes and erases prior response. also - not easy typing on the small keyboard for anything beyond a couple of lines.
