That's the usual setup, and if we see a capitulation it will be evident by volume like 10 million shares sold into the bid. The thing is that this stock has been beaten down for so long that I think pretty much most of the weaker hands were killed off a long time ago.
We'll still have a few weak hands that will let go but I'd guess that most of the people left are the hardcore and see that even if operations are progressing slowly, they are progressing. The bears will have to pry my shares from my cold dead hands. I'm watching for 20-50 times return over the long haul.
