Good Post.
What we are viewing is a capital and manpower constraint. Belize is the real tug of war. It is a real logistics problem and money drain. The fact is we have to get to work there or risk loss of the concessions. That means we have to afford it.
Now we do have funding kicking in but that still requires certain work be done first and I believe it comes in sorta like a performance agreement. We are already starting to receive some or on the cusp of getting it. I'm not certain exactly where as I am not privy to that info.
Capitulation is where we are at with the stock. The next few trading sessions are critical. We need to keep an eye open for the "flush" or "panic selling" that usually ensues a day like yesterday. Fear motivates like no other emotion.
The smart buyer will take advantage of this situation and buy it aggressively.
When will you know? This is the grey area.
What I have found after watching 100's of these bottoms is, it's a point where you'll find no bids or ask 10 or 20% from the last trade. It is a point where shorts always cover. There fear is there is nothing left to short and their are no buyers for their short trades. In other words the panic has run it's coarse.
