Maybe I'm just a bit confused on the "Gray" market, isn't part of trading there you have to file a financial statement? Good luck getting that... As long as I don't wake up to my HJOE ticket removed from my bank account this sucks but doesn't change much. Without the filing it was never going to go anywhere regardless of what they do.
If/When they file is all forgiven?? 100% back on the market?
