Remember folks!! Ithug is a front company for advfn who is known to short stocks( short machine) and they LOVE stocks relegated into the grey market. I don't think KBM is screwed at all. Yes they can't sell their notes and probably would be difficult for them to even trade the stock...
What comes to my mind is this; the bashers have all come out for halloween after the sec announcement. What do they have to gain by bashing...like really?
Well we all know JS is hired by liehole to whistle blow but in this case we all were made aware sec gave 2 years for the company to file. They missed the deadline due to the posponed legal battle with KBM and whoever else is holding debt notes.
How does KBM fit into this? Well, a company that gets sent to the greys historically usually follows heavy selling in the first few days of trading.
PPS goes in what direction? SOUTH! whos hedged their bets.?.SHORTS.
If they don't win by dilution into the market -hence delayed filings. then they will come at them from the back door. As the price goes south their pocket book goes north.
They will try and make their money either way...selling debt or shorting the stock.
This is one big dirty organization that is designed to destroy any company in the otc market. remember shit flows down hill. which leaves us with the very bottom...

I sincerely hope for our sake shareholders don't panic and we don't end up with collateral damage control. Veal better put out a real JUICY PR to restore shareholder confidence to those who are now uncertain.
