Roe V wade isn't a amendment it is a interpretation of the principles based on a challenge to a law.
Roe V Wade did not give abortionist free rain...it sent the right to govern back to the states and set policy
Activist Judges are blocking the states right to govern and set policy. In direct violation of the Roe v Wade 7-2 decisions to do so.
