Speaking again with my associates, I have a 'feeling' of sorts that OWCP may actually hit a dollar sooner than I first suspected. Could we hit $1 next week?
The reason I ask is because, less than a week ago, who would have thought or believed we would be on the precipice of reaching .20 cents days later?
