What's interesting about OWCP is that there really isn't much holding it down. Could we see .30 cents tomorrow? Its possible.
Who would have thought we could reach .19 today?
Speaking with some acquaintances of mine, they suggested OWCP could be at $30 next year. I think that's high, but for my estimate - taking into consideration the share count, OS, management, the fact that a company already tried to buy OWCP's patents.. its possible we could see $15 second quarter 2017.
The reason I say this is because as of this post we are almost 1/4th the way to one dollar. Fourteen more dollars isn't that difficult to reach, especially in this sector.
