I emailed Rich Granville, the yippy guy suing Magna and he replied, which I won't share publicly. I'm heartened to hear he is determined though. From what I could read and through past lawsuit experiences, this first set of rulings on discovery had a lot of set backs, yet was still far better than some rulings. The judge is listening, but being protective of Magna (unbiased he probably should be). But he's left the door open to tearing them apart if we can start to find anything that stinks or sticks and he did grant some discovery. One little mistake and this all opens up for us. Much going on behind the scenes indeed. Will be curious to see if SRFF gets referred to the bar.
