Why is everyone so worried about this LOI offer th

Why is everyone so worried about this LOI offer that I personally didn't think was all that great? We have just opened the door to extraordinary opportunities by up-listing and for all we know RMHB could have rethought the offer. We JUST moved to the QB. This was the first offer that came our way, so why would RMHB jump on this when they're probably more just like this to come. This company has grown so fast and will continue to grow faster every day, month, year from here on out. I'm actually a little relieved if the offer was passed on, for all I know a better one awaits around the corner. It's so easy to put fear in people, but so much harder for people to accept the truth.
