Has everyone read in detail, the entire complaint for patent infringement against Centrify, Duo Security, and Trustwave Holdings?
I believe (opinion) that SFOR's patents will be worth at least half a billion dollars. Not only did these companies infringe on their patents, they did so knowingly and willingly. This alone makes damages ever greater. It's one thing to infringe without knowing, but these companies did so willfully.
I definitely see the possibility of SFOR being acquired. Perhaps some form of cross-licensing; but probably more of a straight forward acquisition.
The documents go on to mention how these companies CONTIINUE to infringe on SFOR's patents. This will add even more worth the SFOR's patents once they settle.
