I think we'll get an update on the first cohort of B-UP this week. In the presentation on 9/9, Dr. B said "we are going to be to able to look at our first of three or four patients in about the next month's time (at 32:50 of the audio)." I expect it to be good because he said improvements have been seen in the first few patients of the lowest dosage group.
