I could see a limited development partnership, but we wouldn't get much cash and surely they wouldn't get much stake unless they're a party working with us to get funding from a 3rd source like, hey banks, we know GC is an idiot, but we're not type of thing. They only have $20m cash and I imgine thats very precious to them.

Still they appear to have taken advantage of similar relationships that we have. We would make good pair.

Listned to last R&R presentation. Certainly didn't have any indication they were looking to acquire/partner, though they emphasized their recently reinvigorated pipeline.
