Grubstake, As I'm not active on that site I don

As I'm not active on that site I don't suppose I have too much to add. I can say that calling someone a robber on the internet is hardly grounds for censorship or a court order. That's the equivalent of me saying Obama has been good for the economy or Hillary is a disgusting, habitual lair. To cover what's subjective, the previous examples, doesn't hold water in a court. One can even print that Obama isn't a citizen - widely believed to be false - and it's still protected speech.
If someone from Cummins however put out a PR that GC is a proven criminal and operates an illegal company, that is where GC would have grounds to seek an order against the speaker.
Looks like no new developments today, just watch the EOD big trade. It's now the weekend, go outside!
