Good Morning - Today we are making a huge announcement.
The press release is below, but today we are announcing our first product from our licensing agreement with Huy Fong Foods, Inc., the makers of the iconic Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce. Some of you may know just what a blockbuster brand Huy Fong Foods Sriracha has become over the past few years.
Huy Fong Foods rarely licenses - we know of only three others and there are many press stories how the company has consistently turned down huge brands that have sought similar agreements. Needless to say, we are honored to be one of the few official licensees of Huy Fong Sriracha. We are super excited about the positive effects we expect on our business operations.
In the above image, the bottle on the right shows our initial design for the Sriracha Seasoning Stixs product. The images on the left are the initial designs from distribution and manufacturing partner. As the press release indicates, we plan to make additional announcements concerning this product over the coming weeks.

Sugarmade Announces Sriracha Seasoning Stixs
City of Industry, Calif., September 28, 2016 - Sugarmade, Inc. (OTC:SGMD), today announces its plan to introduce Sriracha Seasoning Stixs under its licensing agreement with Irwindale, California-based Huy Fong Foods, Inc., the maker of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce.
Sriracha Seasoning Stixs are encapsulated Huy Fong Sriracha Sauce and other seasonings in the form of a “stick” which are inserted into meat, fish and poultry prior to cooking. Sriracha Seasoning Stixs are a hard solid at room temperature, but as heat is applied the sticks begin to liquefy allowing the meat fibers to act like a sponge absorbing all the delicious Sriracha flavors.
Jimmy Chan, CEO of Sugarmade commented, “We are honored to be associated with Huy Fong Foods by way of our new licensing agreement.
