His extensive experience encompasses aspects such as architecture development and proficiency in brokerage services, cloud optimization, and modernization of platforms. Keen’s prior tenure includes notable positions where he consulted for American Express during his time with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He spent almost 15 years at Ameriprise Financial, which was a division of American Express, followed by six years at Two Harbors Investments. Most recently, he served as CIO for Bremer Bank prior to its integration into Old National Bank.
In his role as CIO, Keen aims to utilize technology strategically to drive business success. He will work collaboratively across all business sectors to identify methods for enhancing operational efficiencies while promoting growth. With a strong focus on innovation, Keen's team will leverage technology along with data and analytics to enrich both client and team member experiences, adapting to their ever-changing needs.
