IR seems to say a lot of stuff. He expects the Q during the week of the 12th. And here we sit on September 28 Q-less.

I would believe it's a possible east coast partner, maybe a smaller "nasdaq hopefully " and not a OTC company.
IR also mentioned that they expect the 10Q to be released next week. My opinion is 75 to 80 million shared OS.
