You're in denial. 'Arts and culture' was the least of it.
There isn't going to BE more use of coal. So what's the next step?
Clinton has some proposals, what does Trump have? What do the Republicans representing those people have for them?
Funny how you can laugh at proposing to virtually rebuild the infrastructure of a Region that is so badly in need of it.
And it comes from a candidate and Party that won't see jack shit votes form the areas affected. That's a failing of liberals!
