Eric Trump said on Outnumbered that the Hillary Clinton email scandal is an example of why younger Americans have lost faith in politicians.
Trump was asked for his reaction to a new report that Cheryl Mills and two other staffers received immunity from the FBI during its now-closed investigation of Clinton's private server.
Mills, who served as Clinton's chief of staff at the State Department, gave agents access to her computer on the condition that the contents could not be used against her.
"No wonder they couldn’t prosecute a case. They were handing out immunity deals like candy," House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz said.
Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) has also criticized the FBI for giving immunity to the IT specialist who deleted Hillary Clinton's emails from her private server.
Eric Trump said today that the investigation into Clinton's private server was a "circus" and a "joke." He cited the private meeting between Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch, along with "lies" by Mrs. Clinton to Congress, the FBI and the American people.
"This is evasion of justice. This is really bad stuff. She was secretary of state. She deleted 15,000 emails after Congress said you're not allowed to delete emails," he said.
Watch his comments above and more from the show below, as the panel discussed Donald Trump's reaction to the Charlotte riots.
