The last two 8Ks mentioned the company is in JV discussions. Any speculation on a uplist or RS is putting the cart before the horse.

Some thoughts:
- You won't have to wait 4 years for results to be published although it's been a common misconception posted on the boards
- It's important to look at the timing of the primary outcome measures vs. the secondary outcome measures
- The company has discussed two Phase III starting up once Phase II is underway and they get some learnings from that
- ESS already has a 13 year history. There are very few phase II's if any with that kind of history
- Unlike a lot of other drugs and devices, you can actually look, see, touch the results
- Value realization is not derived at the end of a trial but at key milestones. I suspect the first patient getting out of the ICU and being interviewed could be one of them
