I put some money into this a few years ago and aft

I put some money into this a few years ago and after the R/S was left with shares worth blindly holding onto hoping GC would be run out of town. Forgive my lack of knowledge of current events but what besides another R/S could result in an up list? They didn't accomplish it last time and I am not seeing any position of strength...
