Further to Casey's point on TBEV - look at the P&Ds leading up into everyone of their announcements: production finally beginning, Amazon sales, new flavors, new distribution partners, new deals in foreign companies etc. Sound familar? Now look at the difference in actual dealers, product locations, products, etc. TBEV did one product run to great fanfare. Product seemed to work for me (recovery) but I wasnt a fan of the taste. However, the P&D crowd on iLie was in full effect. I never viewed it as along term hold due to their past history. I made some trades todouble my capital and let the rest ride to see if they were going to pull it off. Never happened. Now they are talking Mexican distribution. Of course - that was all prior to dropping the news of AS going from 5-20BB.
If HJOE "filed " - would longlong term shareholders be better or worse off today?
Not too hard to find a dealer and have a conversation (if you arent a jackass).
Product can be found.
Jerky is obviously real and selling.
As long as the stock continues to trade - I am fine with them protecting OS for the benefit of the entire long term base.
Is it ideal - no. But this was the hand they were dealt with and must manage.
