HJOE could have done the RS and continued doing more toxic financings but they didn't which is a good thing for us shareholders.

This is just an example but this was released yesterday and shows what happens to shareholders when companies take that route. The only reason TBEV didn't do yet another RS right now is it's too soon after the last one and they wouldn't be allowed to.


After a 1 for 10 RS in Feb. 2015 and a 1 for 100 RS in Feb. 2016 now TBEV is increasing their authorized to 20 billion. Of course the good thing is they are current in their SEC filings.


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following action (the “Action”) has been approved pursuant to the written consent of the holders of a majority of the voting power of the outstanding capital stock of the Company dated September 7, 2016, in lieu of a special meeting of the shareholders.

1. To authorize the Board of Directors of the Company to amend its Articles of Incorporation, as amended (the “Articles”), to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock of the Company, par value $0.00001 per share (the “Common Stock”) from 5,000,000,000 to 20,000,000,000 shares.
