Picon Bill did everything right according in his fiduciary duties until recently, when he Dropped our appeal for zoning and a license. Bill is now misleading investors that he is still trying to get a license. Which is a untrue statement. Their is no case before the Bar seeking appellate or injunctive relief for Zoning and a License.
Without a Zoning hearing and remedy their is no License.
There is no Cen Biotech, There is no Value.
Bill abandoned his fiduciary duty to remedy and Appeal our Zoning and License, which is Bills primary duty and interest to all shareholders.

Loaning 300,000 dollars to himself in Ukraine is obviously a ploy to distract and justify his actions to shareholders and the courts alike.
Ukraine has no MMJ program for the legal production and sales of the dried plant. We as shareholders invested into Canada because of the laws not Ukraine where their is none.
