It was just brought to my attention, on another site, that the $TPAC chart has a double top. I looked and this is correct.
This was brought to my attention by someone who only plays charts and couldn't give a rip about fundamentals.
In $TPAC's case, fundamentals trump charts.
EDIT: I just realized that the pps usually drops after a double top. What does this mean? MORE CHEAPIES!!!!!!!!!!
