You think its a coincidence that we vote for a R/S on Oct. 11th and Fred says that certain things need to happen first? I know your thoughts about the proxy being just for negotiation strength, but I don't buy it...any company that I have ever followed or been invested in that has sent out a proxy for a r/s has done that r/s. Most right away...I also think they announced it in a way to ease into it and try to limit the potential down side.
I don't have a short memory, things are very different now.... Toxics made their money and have called off the dogs for now. We have assets/shares that have a tangible market value along with a potential partner for ESS.
International Infusion is a joke...their contacts are a joke!! Plus if you read twitter, Scott stated we would have to wait until 3rd or 4th quarter for any chance of a turn around. Last I heard they sold out on the manufactured run to 1.40...I have not confirmed this though...
