Write, call, email our principals at CTIX, your representatives in Congress (it is an election year in some congressional districts and the US Senate), and let them know how you feel and more importantly WHY. The SEC and FINRA seem pretty useless in our case UNLESS there is political pressure brought to bear. These scumbags must be prosecuted for the wrong they have done.
