I understand your frustration and desire for justice Alan, but seeing our bought-and-paid-for regulators at the SEC actually put a meaningful fine on one of these crooked MM/Broker/Dealer etc. is about as likely as seeing a jurist really put the hammer down on another legal professional. Why is it that sharks don't eat attorneys? Professional courtesy!
