I emailed Fred the following:
"Are you able to comment as to the status of the JV? The 30 day extension ended a week ago. There has been no 10Q, no 8K, and no corporate update of any kind..."
His entire response:
"No one has walked"
I asked him if they have signed another 30 day extension, but he has not responded. I would suggest if anyone on this board has received any emails or had communication with Fred recently to please post it on this board. Maybe he has been more forthcoming with someone other than myself.
