Seems like sound logic to me, the "with prejudice" statement seals the deal imho. I imagine it will be legal fees plus some figure. The likelihood that the judge was going to hand down a large punitive settlement was minimal ( not saying it is right ). Sadly my guess is 1.75 million. I would love to be wrong as the true damages are somewhere north of 80 million. Sadly justice in this case will likely be left to the hands of law enforcement It's unfortunate, because this case is the poster child for displaying the rampant corruption in our present markets.
