It is clear that there are negotiations going on with the Rosen firm. You note that this is a VOLUNTARY dismissal of the appeal WITH PREJUDICE, meaning that Rosen can't come back and say "we changed our minds." CTIX/Sullivan said that they had incurred no legal fees for the appeal. and signed off on this. It's a joint motion.
Therefore, the law firms have been talking and have agreed on something.
I guess we'll find out on Tuesday, because I can't imagine that CTIX won't press-release this.
Actually I take it back: I can imagine that they won't do a press release YET, until whatever other things going on are settled.
Yecch. Great that the case is over, but I have a sick feeling that we're not going to get the justice from Rosen that we deserve.
