Everyone knows these two are Piece Of Sheet paid bashers with the intent of closing Treaty's doors and they are well known for posting accusations with no proof to back it up.
TD Buttwipe always posts links as proof. Or what he wants people to believe to be true. When he doesn't there is little truth in his post IMO.
But in this case, it's been rumored by some on the right side of the trade that this occured. Making their claim more reasonable to believe.
I know it was posted here and I went 12 rounds with the author thinking it was not true. Looks like I may owe him an apology.

I think more shareholders need to get involved and set a dead line to get the audits that were in FINAL REVIEW 37 weeks ( ? ) ago done or possible legal action will begin.
Mr Tersarski better quit celebrating his water company and start working for Treaty's shareholders. If not, his little water company may see future problems with criminal SEC charges filed against him for fraud.
