I saw over on IHUB the HTOO page supposedly that's a Chris Tesarski company. Two posters, againstallodds and TD make accusations against Tesarski. I wonder if he has seen these?

Tesarski did screw them... He took money from them with the promise of using it to pay the auditors and get Texas Sands production going. Neither happened and he instead redirected the money to the gang of cons including himself...
Tesarski is also a conman and a member of Blackburn's gang. He has been committing securities fraud.
