Wait if you must. Everybody has to decide for themselves in the end. I'm not knocking caution, but I don't share the concerns of those who feel the Canadian deal set some kind of a precedence that will determine the outcome of all future distribution arrangements. Some will work out and some won't. I think it's a safe bet that the vast majority will work out because the product sells and the margins are great. At least the Canadian deal didn't fail due to mistakes made by this company, but by screw ups by the Canadian company. Screw ups that we were mostly compensated for contractually, 500k then and 150k pending outcome. A setback as far as a delay to Canadian sales mostly, but it'll happen. IMHO the Chinese company will be a big success, and at least there are no facts pertaining directly to this deal proving otherwise. If the 'affluent" Chinese investors that Mrs. Li represents are as excited about this as they indicated in the PR, you'll see your proof soon enough. They'll be ordering large production runs and stocking shelves as fast as they can ink the deals, and lack of funds won't likely be slowing them down.
