It is supposed to but I would not put anything past any of these guys. IRA shares are all supposed to have good delivery but they are shorted all the time.
Our markets are corrupt and our brokerage firms lack ethics as none of them that I know of live up to their fiduciary duty. Just like the investment bankers they have sold their souls for a few pieces of silver. Go CTIX!!!
