I did the same with my shares (which are all with Fidelity...both IRA and personal account. I tried to put a sell order on all of them for $25, and Fidelity will only let me put one in for $7.5...no higher! So I've got all my shares with a GTC sell at $7.5. Does anyone know for sure if doing that disallows the brokerage from lending your shares due to the sell order pending on them?
