$PSGR One month has passed since the last Press Re

$PSGR One month has passed since the last Press Release from Pershing Resources. The shareholder and/or potential investor remains completely without the basic information needed to make a decision whether to buy or sell. Understandably, the release of company information is timed to provide the greatest benefit to the company. Past Press Releases highlighted the acquisition of additional mining claims, the addition of a very, very small company from Kingman, Arizona, some alleged certified assays, the POTENTIAL investment by Blackridge and a few other bits of information. The PRs remind me of the advertisements used to bring shoppers into the store for 'a once in a lifetime' or 'lowest prices EVER' or 'MAJOR discounts on everything' sale. Except Pershing seems to have the SALE every year with NOTHING of real value to the shopper (common shareholder). We have endured YEARS of intimations that 'assays indicate.....X' but NOTHING has ever come of the alleged precious metal ores that may/could possibly/appear to be/should exist in the vast Pershing claims. For those of us who have had long term investments in this company, the hope remains that a break even share price may one day materialize. Historically, this does NOT appear to be highly likely. Potential investors are wise to review all the prior iterations of this company and determine if the data support an investment that is likely to produce a profit. Yeah, it IS a Penny Stock BUT the image Pershing projects is that of a company on the cusp of great value....all those PRECIOUS METAL CLAIMS in Nevada and Arizona have to be worth a lot...don't they??? Ah, these are pretty much the same Pershing Resources' claims and mine sites that have been around for a long time. One would think that something positive should have occurred by now, after all TWENTY PLUS YEARS of nothing happening may be a pretty good indicator of what may happen in the next month, or year or two....doncha think?
